Raul Crespo is a
Teaching Fellow in the Economics Department at Bristol University in
the United Kingdom. His academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in
Economics and an M.Sc. in Economics and Econometrics from Bristol
University, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame
(USA), and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad Central de Venezuela
(Venezuela).
Raul Crespo's research interest lies in the areas of short-run economic fluctuations and economic growth. He has a particular interest in empirical studies for developing countries. Most of his research work has focused on the study of the Venezuelan economy. In addition to his academic activities, Raul Crespo has also worked providing professional training and economic consultancy for both public and private institutions. Similarly, he has worked in the past as a financial analyst for the oil industry and the financial sector in Venezuela. |
