Equipment investment and the Solow model

This data set should allow replication of the results in Tables 1-4.
If you replicate the results, or have trouble doing so, please let me
know. The variables are as follows:
MRWNO The identifier given to each country
by Mankiw, Romer and Weil (1992) (MRW).
NSAM Equals 1 for MRW's non-oil sample, zero otherwise.
ISAM Equals 1 for MRW's intermediate sample, zero otherwise.
OSAM Equals 1 for MRW's OECD sample, zero otherwise.
GDP60 MRW data for GDP in 1960
GDP85 MRW data for GDP in 1985
AFRICA Dummy variable for sub-Saharan Africa
LATINCA Dummy variable for Latin America and the Caribbean
EASTASIA Dummy variable for East Asia
INDUST Dummy variable for industrialized countries

Note that the variables Yxx, EKxx and SKxx are not per capita, but are
instead given in absolute terms, as used in the Table 3 and 4
regressions. Also note that the H variable in the Table 3 and 4
regressions is the years of schooling multiplied by the labour force.
